I am a mom of six! Five strong sons and a formidable daughter. I am a survivor of a long abusive marriage and am now proudly and positively independent. I am an international artist, opera singer turned youth arts programme designer and director with a global network and international portfolio incorporating four Capitals of Culture, two World EXPOS and one home grown children's international and inclusive singing festival. I am strong, intelligent, articulate, compassionate and adaptive. Ever-looking to the future, I am pursuing a Masters in Personal and Management Coaching in UCC. I am offering transitional coaching to women. Using appreciative enquiry with a strong focus on existing ability, wellness and resilience, my aim is to empower my coachees to stand in their power and unique ability to forge their own best way forward. I will be working pro bono until June 2021 and I welcome prospective coachees to get in touch via email to sonyakeogh@gmail.com.
